目的:为了解并掌握我县居民户碘盐食用情况及碘盐含量,全面准确掌握滑县2014年居民食用碘盐状况。及时发现问题并采取干预措施,保证居民食用合格碘盐,为消除碘缺乏病的防治措施提供科学依据。方法:对5个乡(镇)20个行政村采集盐样300份,按GB/T130257-1999定量检测。结果:300份样品中,非碘盐3份,不合格碘盐1份,合格296份。非碘盐率1%,碘盐覆盖率99%,碘盐合格率为98.7%,合格碘盐食用率98.7%。结论:盐业执法部门应加大非碘盐的冲销力度,同时加强碘缺乏病防治知识及宣传教育工作,不断提高合格碘盐食用率。
Objectives: To understand and grasp the consumption of iodized salt and the content of iodized salt of households in Huaxian County, comprehensively and accurately grasp the status of iodized salt consumption by residents in Huaxian County in 2014. Timely detection of problems and take interventions to ensure that residents eat qualified iodized salt, to eliminate iodine deficiency disease prevention and control measures to provide a scientific basis. Methods: 300 salt samples were collected from 20 administrative villages in 5 townships (towns) and quantified according to GB / T130257-1999. Results: Among 300 samples, 3 non-iodized salt and 1 unqualified iodized salt, qualified 296. Non-iodized salt rate of 1%, iodized salt coverage of 99%, iodized salt pass rate of 98.7%, qualified iodized salt consumption rate of 98.7%. Conclusion: Salt law enforcement departments should intensify the elimination of non-iodized salt, while strengthening the prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders knowledge and publicity and education, and constantly improve the eligible rate of consumption of iodized salt.
