我们往往遇到这种情况,两位不同教师分别上教材内容相同的课,教学效果却可以全然不同。这和教师本身的基础知识、教学经验、表达能力等因素是有关系的。多年来我主要从下列几个方面来努力改进教学。一、积累资料,持之以恒。解放初期苏南军区速中教务处发给每位教师“教学回忆”笔记本一册,当时也不以为然。后来陆续记一些教学心得、实验改进、听课记录之类,以后又增加资料集锦一栏,专门摘录报章杂志有关科技资料和科学趣闻,日积月累资料就十分可观。例如谈
