超速离心提取了正常人低密度脂蛋白(LDL,密度1.025-1.050g/mL),再运用密度梯度离心将LDL分成不同亚组分,观察它们的组成和抗氧化性。结果表明密度越高的亚组分,电泳迁移率越快。甘油三酯(TG)/胆固醇(CH)比值越低。通过观察体外Cu2氧化LDL不同亚组分裂化产物234nm处吸光度的变化(氧化曲线),示TG/CH比值越高的亚组分抗氧化修饰的能力越低,氧化曲线中表现为延迟时间缩短。实验中在氧化体系中加入刺梨汁。能明显延长延迟时间,起到抗氧化作用,提示刺梨汁中有关成份对动脉粥样硬化(As)的防治有一定价值。
Ultracentrifugal extraction of normal human low density lipoprotein (LDL, density 1.025-1.050g / mL), and then use density gradient centrifugation LDL divided into different sub-components, to observe their composition and anti-oxidation.
