利用EMS诱变小麦品种烟农15得到高秆大粒突变体M8008,以M8008为母本与烟农15配制杂交组合获得了F2及其衍生的F2∶3株系。利用SSR标记进行多态性检测,初步分析位于7B染色体上的Xwmc76和Xwmc426与株高连锁,另有该染色体上的4个标记在优选小群体(PSG)中表现多态性。利用这6个标记分析F2群体,构建遗传连锁图谱。利用F2∶3群体进行QTL分析,检测到1个株高的QTL,位于标记Xwmc76和Xwmc426之间,贡献率为9.33%,其增加株高的效应来自M8008。
The mutants of wheat Shennong15 were obtained by EMS to obtain the mutant M8008 with high stalk and large grain size. F2 and F2 derived from F2 and F3 derived from hybrids of M8008 and Yannong15 were obtained. SSR markers were used to detect the polymorphisms. Xwmc76 and Xwmc426 located on chromosome 7B were initially linked to plant height. In addition, four markers on this chromosome showed polymorphism in the preferred small population (PSG). The 6 markers were used to analyze the F2 population to construct a genetic linkage map. QTL analysis of F2: 3 populations detected 1 QTL for plant height, located between markers Xwmc76 and Xwmc426, with a contribution rate of 9.33%. The effect of increasing plant height was from M8008.
