设计了与小型脉冲管制冷机配套的微波耦合及中频测量混频系统．制备了高温超导ＹＢＣＯ／ＹＳＺ双晶结，利用此结在小型脉冲管制冷机上进行了谐波混频实验．在小型脉冲管制冷机上实现了ＹＢＣＯ／ＹＳＺ双晶结在 ８ ｍｍ波段 ３６次谐波混频，对系统的噪声进行了评价并提出了改进意见．
A microwave coupling and IF measurement mixing system with a small pulse tube refrigerator is designed. The high temperature superconducting YBCO / YSZ twin crystal junction was prepared, and the harmonic mixing experiment was performed on the small pulse tube refrigerator with this junction. The YBCO / YSZ twin crystal junction was achieved on the mini pulse tube refrigerator at 36th harmonic mixing in 8 mm band, the noise of the system was evaluated and some suggestions for improvement were put forward.
