大蒜(Allium sativum L)属百合科植物,既往文献报道多倾向于大蒜的抗肿瘤、抑菌消炎等作用。近年来的研究表明,大蒜还有降脂、抗血小板聚集、扩张血管等作用,临床应用也有相当苗头,展示本品对心血管疾病的防治可能有重要意义,现摘要综述如下。实验研究一、降脂、抗动脉硬化作用,血脂水平在心血管疾病发病中起着重要作用。Bordia 在1975年便发现用大蒜提取物大蒜精油对饲胆固醇家免所致高胆固醇血症有保护作用,并用每日33mg/kg 的安妥明对照,结果控制血脂参数均优于安妥明。以后又用大蒜精油观察
Garlic (Allium sativum L) belongs to the family Liliaceae. It has been reported in the past that garlic tends to have anti-tumor, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. Recent studies have shown that garlic also has lipid-lowering, anti-platelet aggregation, and dilation of blood vessels, and clinical applications are also quite visible.
