观摩《长相思》公开教学后,笔者引领观课老师们议课:“请梳理一下自己的听课思绪,把最想表达的观课感受写在黑板上。”略思片刻,观课老师中有一人带头,随之众人纷纷走上讲台。顿时,黑板上“议”语纷呈:——循循善诱、层层深入、学有所得。——指导朗读到位,注重学生素质培养。——深入理解作者内心。——语文素养在教学中一点点渗透。——朗读感悟、书写轻松、循序渐进、顺势引导。——读—悟—想,自主、合作、交流。——熟读成诵,想象画面,理解画面。——简单有效,注重学法指导,注重质疑,注重语
