本文研究和开发了适用于微型计算机的三维凝固模拟软件SOL/3D,能有效地预测缩孔、缩松等铸造缺陷。计算方法采用直交剖分的直接差分法;潜热处理采用等价比热法与温度修正法相结合的方法;在节约内存量和提高计算速度的基础上尽可能提高计算精度,并在三者之间取得合理平衡;对直交剖分带来的误差采用了热容量修正技术;针对不同铸造合金的凝固特点,对收缩缺陷判据进行了研究和扩展。此软件适用于固溶体型合金、共晶型合金及含石墨铸铁三种类型的铸件及多种铸型的系统。
In this paper, the 3D solidification simulation software SOL / 3D for microcomputers is researched and developed, which can effectively predict the casting defects such as shrinkage cavity and shrinkage. The calculation method adopts the direct difference method of orthogonal distribution; the latent heat treatment adopts the method of the equivalent specific heat method and the temperature correction method; improves the calculation accuracy as much as possible on the basis of saving the memory quantity and increasing the calculation speed, and among the three A reasonable balance is obtained, and the heat capacity correction technique is adopted for the error caused by orthogonal sectioning.
