一、当前民营经济面临的主要问题1、民营经济发展缺乏平等的竞争环境。一是在市场准入上门槛过高。二是在融资上困难重重。三是当前的税收制度在一定程度上限制了民营经济的发展。如增值税一般纳税人的认定标准偏高;内资企业折旧制度限定过死,特别是中小企业机器设备超负荷运转,磨损很快,费用列支却得不到照顾等。
I. The main problems facing the current private economy 1. The development of private economy lacks an equal competitive environment. First, the market access threshold is too high. The second is the difficulty in financing. Third, the current tax system has, to a certain extent, limited the development of the private economy. For example, the standard for determining the value-added tax general taxpayer is too high; the depreciation system for domestic-funded enterprises is limited to death, especially when the machinery and equipment of small and medium-sized enterprises are overloaded, and the wear and tear is rapid, but expenses are not supported.
