在城镇化建设快速推进的背景下,城市人口数量急剧增加,这就使得现有的市政公用设施已经难以满足现代化城市的发展需求。为有效缓解城市人口剧增与城市公用设施缺乏之间的矛盾,就需要进一步扩大公用设施建设数量与规模。但是,因为市政公用工程具有阶段性、流动性及多变性等特点,这就大大提高了施工成本管理的难度,不利于施工活动的顺利、高质量开展,制约了市政公用工程各项价值的积极发挥,降低了施工成本的应用有效性的提升。本文就市政公用工程施工项目成本管理的策略,进行了深入的分析。
