利用透射电镜观察了经时效处理后复合材料的微观组织结构,用恒电位仪测试了室温下3 5%NaCl溶液中时效状态对SiCw/2024Al复合材料电化学腐蚀行为的影响规律,并利用扫描电镜观察了不同时效状态下极化后复合材料表面的微观组织形貌.结果表明:不同的时效状态对复合材料的点蚀电位没有影响,但使其点蚀电流发生较大的变化;3种时效状态下复合材料表面点腐蚀程度的差异,是由于复合材料微观组织结构的差别导致点腐蚀速率不同造成的.
The microstructure of composites after aging treatment was observed by transmission electron microscopy. The effect of aging conditions on the electrochemical corrosion behavior of SiCw / 2024Al composites at room temperature was tested by potentiostatic instrument. The electrochemical corrosion behavior of SiCw / 2024Al composites was investigated by scanning electron microscopy The microstructures of the composites were observed under different aging conditions.The results show that the different aging states have no effect on the pitting potential of the composites, The difference of the degree of pitting corrosion on the surface of the composite material is caused by the difference of the microstructure of the composite material due to the difference of the pitting corrosion rate.
