本文用扫描电镜详细地观察了磷对Al-Si合金中硅形态的影响;用电子探针分析了磷变质后初生硅核心的化学成份,描述了磷变质后硅的生长机构,从理论上论证了磷的变质作用,为提高磷变质Al-Si合金质量采取技术措施提供了理论依据。
In this paper, the effect of phosphorus on the morphology of Si in Al-Si alloy was observed in detail by scanning electron microscopy. The chemical composition of primary Si nuclei after phosphorus modification was analyzed by electron probe and the growth mechanism of Si after phosphorus modification was described. Phosphorus metamorphism, to improve the quality of phosphorus-modified Al-Si alloy to take technical measures to provide a theoretical basis.
