丙硫苯咪唑及其代谢物-两硫苯咪唑亚砜与丙硫苯咪唑砜10mg/kg.Bid连续7日疗法,灌胃治疗大鼠实验感染的华支睾吸虫病。治后1周解剖,丙硫苯咪唑、丙硫苯咪唑亚砜及丙硫苯咪唑砜组的平均虫体回收数分别为0.4±0.7,0.22±0.44和11.8±10.4条。与对照组(14.5±6.0条)比较.前二者有极显著的统计学差异,而后者则无。光镜观察经丙硫苯咪唑及其代谢物作用后的华支睾吸虫.可见虫体睾丸分支变细,失去正常形态,受精囊着色变浅,子宫内虫卵明显减少等变化。研究结果表明两硫苯咪唑亚砜是杀虫的主要成分,丙硫苯咪唑砜对抑制虫体排卵有一定作用。
