目的研究在心血管效应中枢调节机制中神经递质间的关系。方法收集家兔脑脊液,用放免法和荧光分光技术测定侧脑室注射乙酸胆碱(ACh)后,P物质(SP)和去甲肾上腺素(NA)、肾上腺素(A)含量的改变。结果侧脑室注射.ACh后,SP含量较生理盐水对照组明显升高,而NA和A的含量则明显降低。结论脑内ACh可刺激SP能神经元释放SP,而抑制去甲肾上腺素能和肾上腺素能神经元释放NA和A。
Objective To study the relationship between neurotransmitters in the central regulatory mechanism of cardiovascular effects. Methods Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) was collected from rabbits. The contents of substance P (SP), norepinephrine (NA) and epinephrine (A) were determined by radioimmunoassay and fluorescence spectroscopy after intracerebroventricular injection of ACh. Results Intracerebroventricular injection. After ACh, SP content was significantly higher than that of saline control group, while the contents of NA and A were significantly decreased. Conclusion ACh in the brain stimulates SP neurons to release SP and inhibits NA and A release from noradrenergic and adrenergic neurons.
