目的探讨心内直视术后心搏骤停患者心肺复苏的方法。方法回顾性分析 76例成功心肺复苏的资料。结果按 CAB( circulationairway breath)顺序、及时开胸心脏按压、个体化应用肾上腺素 ,可使 6 4.37%的此类患者成功复苏。结论对心内直视术后心搏骤停患者 ,按 CAB顺序、及时开胸心脏按压、个体化使用肾上腺素是卓有成效的心肺复苏方法
Objective To investigate the method of cardiopulmonary resuscitation after cardiac arrest in patients with open heart surgery. Methods A retrospective analysis of 76 cases of successful cardiopulmonary resuscitation data. Results CAB (heartair breath breath) sequence, timely thoracotomy heart pressure, individualized use of epinephrine, can make 6 4.37% of these patients successfully recovered. Conclusions Cardiac arrest after cardiac surgery in patients with cardiac arrest, according to CAB sequence, timely thoracotomy heart pressure, individualized use of epinephrine is an effective cardiopulmonary resuscitation method
