陶瓷是我国人民多年来喜爱使用的一种食品容器,近年来随着工业的发展,生产品种也不断的增多,同时使用花色装璜也越来越多。因此,陶器、瓷器有害金属的溶出量,能否污染盛装的食物,对人体健康有无影响,已引起了人们的关注。鉴于上述情况,我们采集了成都地区部分陶瓷厂的陶瓷容器,并作了卫生学调查。主要进行了铅镉溶出量的调查分析。其结果如下:
Ceramic is a kind of food container that our people love to use for many years. In recent years, with the development of the industry, the variety of the products is also increasing continuously.
