目的:使评价成为促进学生更好地进行体育与健康课程学习和积极参与体育活动的有效手段。方法:现采用文献资料法和实验法对体育与健康课程的评价方式、内容以及体系的构建进行研究。结果:转变教育观念,充分发挥评价的反馈和激励功能;关注学生的进步与发展,有效地评价学生的体育课学习;强调区别对待,突出学生的个体差异;构建新的评价体系,从情感、态度、习惯以及合作等方面全面评价学生的学习。结论:通过评价体系的变革,可以促进学生体育与健康课程的学习。
Purpose: Make evaluation an effective tool to promote students’ better physical and health curriculum and their active participation in sports activities. Methods: The methods and contents of physical education and health curriculum, as well as the construction of the system, are studied by literature review and experiment. Results: Changing the concept of education, giving full play to the feedback and motivation function of evaluation; paying close attention to the progress and development of students, effectively evaluating students’ PE class study; emphasizing discrimination and highlighting individual differences among students; building a new evaluation system, Attitude, habits and cooperation in a comprehensive assessment of student learning. Conclusion: Through the evaluation of the system reform, can promote students’ study of physical education and health curriculum.
