本文根据大型铸件凝固过程金属与铸型相互作用的原理,设计了金属渗透砂型 (芯)的小型模拟实验装置。通过该装置研究了铜合金大型铸件的各种工艺因素对金 属渗透的影响。并对金属渗透砂型(芯)的机理进行了探讨.
Based on the principle of interaction between metal and mold in the process of solidification of large castings, a small-scale simulation experiment device of metal infiltration sand (core) was designed. Through this device, the influence of various technological factors on the metal infiltration of copper alloy large castings has been studied. The mechanism of metal penetrating sand (core) was also discussed.
