[目的]观察中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。[方法]对照组82例应用奥硝唑注射液、头孢曲松钠加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250mL中静滴,治疗组86例在对照组的基础上加自拟消炎汤治疗。经过7d治疗进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组总有效率94.19%,对照组总有效率76.83%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. [Method] In the control group, 82 cases were treated with ornidazole injection, and ceftriaxone sodium was added intravenously into 250ml of 0.9% sodium chloride injection. The treatment group received 86ml of anti-inflammatory decoction based on the control group. After 7d treatment to determine the efficacy. [Results] The total effective rate was 94.19% in the treatment group and 76.83% in the control group. The clinical efficacy of treatment group than the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Integrative Chinese and Western medicine treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease significant effect.
