班级管理不仅要达到维持良好的学习秩序,营造良好的学习氛围的目的,更是为了全面培养学生能力,为学生的终身发展奠基。小组合作的管理方式运用与班级管理中,会激发孩子们自我管理的自觉性,提高他们自我管理的能力,与人沟通合作的能力,激发他们积极进取的决心。在实施中,我们在分组,分工,竞争互助,评价等环节加以引导,就会起到事半功倍的效果。
