在小学担任班主任多年,一直令人头痛的问题就是学困生,想要做好学困生转化工作是难上加难。不让一个学生落伍,是我们教育工作者一个不可忽视的艰巨任务,也是面向全体学生的具体体现,是全面提高教学质量的客观要求。根据多年的工作经验,我总结了学困生的几个特点和帮助学困生转化的方法。一、家长不重视我工作在农村,许多家长都是农民,还有部分留守儿童,只有长辈在家照顾,所以平时功课没人辅导,在家经常不完成作业。长此以往,部分学生产生厌学情绪,一点一点沦为班里的学困生。
As a teacher in primary school for many years, the problem that has always been a headache is that students who are poor students are hard at work. To prevent a student from falling behind is an arduous task that our educators can not ignore. It is also a concrete manifestation of all the students and an objective requirement for improving teaching quality in an all-round way. Based on many years of work experience, I summarized several characteristics of poor students and help students to learn how to transform. First, parents do not attach importance to my work in rural areas, many parents are farmers, there are some left behind children, only elders at home care, so no one homework usually counseling at home often do not complete homework. Over time, some students have tired of learning emotions, a little bit reduced to students in the class.
