近年来建立的淋巴细胞集落培养技术,无疑地将促进人们对于淋巴细胞的了解。J.Radnay 等于1979年用双层琼脂培养技术,以 Pokeweed 为丝裂原,获得人外周血 B淋巴细胞集落。Izssuirre 等将 B 淋巴细胞悬液接种到含有3×105/ml 受照射的自身或同种T 淋巴细胞、20%T 淋巴细胞条件培养基和0.8%甲基纤维素的培养体系内,用 Pokeweed作丝裂原,也培养出人的 B 淋巴细胞集落。本文将介绍以脂多糖(LPS)、小鼠红细胞(MRBC)及牛血清白蛋白(ESA)为丝裂原,用单层琼脂培养技术,研究人外周血 B 淋巴细胞在琼脂培养基内的增殖情况。
