朱威,生物制品行业领军人物,自1982年至今,历任上海生物制品研究所血液研究室主任、副所长、所长。此外,还是国家药品监督局的药品审评专家、中华预防医学会生物制品分会副会长、中国生物制品标准化委员会委员、中国输血协会血液制剂委员会副主任委员。他主要从事血浆蛋白及其制剂的研究、开发和血浆综合利用的研究,期间曾先后四次作为访问学者赴日本进修及合作研究他在国内国际学术杂志及会议上发表的论文都引起了极大的反响,他主持的研究内容极具实用价值,填补了国内多项空白。
