心血管病变是糖尿病严重且常见的并发症,本文用微机化心导纳微分图研究无临床心血管并发症表现的糖尿病患者心血管功能改变情况。糖尿病组33例(男19,女14),年龄24～64岁,平均49.5岁。病程2～10年,血糖5.6～22.4mmol/L,血脂、血压及心电图、胸片、心脏超声检查正常,排除心肺及其它可能影响心血管功能的疾患。对照组健康成年人48例(男29,女19),年龄25～58岁,平均45.6岁。检测用MXG-3型心肺功能综合检查仪。受检者于
Cardiovascular disease is a serious and common complication of diabetes mellitus. This article uses computerized cardiac admittance differential graph to study the changes of cardiovascular function in diabetic patients without clinical cardiovascular complications. 33 cases of diabetes (male 19, female 14), aged 24 to 64 years, mean 49.5 years old.
