在机械加工中,图1所示的双联齿轮经热处理淬硬后需磨内孔。为了保证齿轮节圆和内孔的同轴度要求,我厂采用了凸轮式磨齿轮内孔夹具,经过多年生产使用,证明该夹具定心精度高、使用方便、有一定的可调性,是一种比较理想的齿轮磨孔夹具。一、夹具结构双联齿轮的内孔磨削加工要求以大小两齿轮的节圆定位,轴向以齿轮的端面定位。夹具的结构如图2所示。齿轮节径的定位元件采用滚针。滚针直接可按被加工齿轮的模数1.7~1.9倍选取。图1双联齿轮的模数m=3,故我们以φ5滚针和φ6滚针分别作为大小两齿轮的定位元件。夹具体和定心凸轮环的内孔具有阿基米德螺旋面,使齿轮节圆得到定心及夹紧。定心凸轮环内孔上的阿基米德螺旋
