新课标的实施,使得原来的数学课堂教学方式已经不能适应新的教学要求。新课改要求教师要用新的教学理念、教学思想、教学手段和教学方式来实现学生素质教育的教学目标。新课改不仅要求教师不断提高自身的知识素养,而且还要加强自身的心理素质;教师必须适应新的教学内容,灵活地变换教学方式,提高学生的创新能力;教学中的教与学不仅是传授知识和掌握知识的关系,更注重学生的自主学习能力和培养学生终身学习的学习技能。
