我单位的150m2压滤机以及340m2压滤机,设备运行良好,故障率低,可靠性好。而新购置250m2明流式压滤机,使用1周后出现机尾固定支腿断裂,随后相继出现中间固定支撑腿(铸铁件)与地面基础的固定螺栓断裂;左右纵梁变形,机头至机尾出现S型弯曲(压紧时S型弯曲明显,卸料时弯曲程度较小);
