自我国全面进入新常态的经济发展环境背景下,关于社会管理领域的工作而言,必须要积极深入研究和探讨社会管理体制改革的相关问题,立足于最新提出的“十三五”发展规划与发展宗旨,全面加强和创新社会管理的基本工作,贯彻并落实“以人为本”的社会管理思想,推动小康社会与和谐社会的稳定发展。本文站在重点示范省份河南省为例,从当前河南省社会管理工作中面临的问题入手,来进一步提出如何加强和创新发展河南省社会管理工作的具体对策,从而推动河南省社会管理工作的深入进行与良好开展。
