同志们: 在座的不少是老朋友,有的同志还是我音乐创作上的老搭挡。因出差刚回来,现在才看望大家很过意不去。 省剧目室召开这次会议有两项内容,一是请各地市的创研室主任来,通报一下创作情况;二是请各地市的“新戏”发行员来,做好明年的发行工作,我觉得这两项内容虽然各有侧重,但在繁荣戏剧创作,振兴戏剧事业这个大主题下是完全统一的。刚才不少同志就我省戏剧现状、人才流失、经费投入等问题,提出了不少宝贵意见,甚至批评。作为长期从事音乐创作工作的我来说,虽然行当不一样,但创作中的酸甜苦辣,我是清楚的;同志们的情绪,同志们的思虑,我也是很理解的。这里我代表省文化厅表个态,愿为大家做好服务工作。下面,我想就戏剧创作问题谈几点意见。 Comrades: Many of you present here are old friends, some of whom are still old partners in my musical compositions.
