自《中国生物圈保护区》1994年作为一个内部刊物问世以来,得到广大读者的喜爱和热情支持。经过几年的摸索和实践,逐渐丰富了内容,改进了版面。从今天起它将正式面向社会出版发行。值此机会,我谨向一惯关心、支持和帮助我们的读者、作者、摄影工作者、科学家、自然保护区的管理人员以及有关的机构和领导表示深深的谢意。 随着本世纪以来人口的急剧增长,技术突飞猛进和消费水平的不断提高,人类对自然界的冲击日益加重。自然保护作为一个突出的问题提到当今的议事日程。为了保护自然资源和生物多样性,为了恢复被破坏的生态系统,改善人类生存环境和保证社会经济的健康发展,需要以可持续发展的理论为指导,采取综合的措施和广泛的社会参与。在这些综合的措施中,自然保护区的建设具有重要意义。
Since China Biosphere Reserve was published in 1994 as an internal publication, it has received the readers’ enthusiastic and enthusiastic support. On this occasion, I would like to express my deep appreciation to those customary individuals who care, support and help our readers, authors, photographers, scientists, nature reserves and related agencies and leaders. As a prominent issue, nature protection refers to today’s agenda. In order to protect natural resources and biodiversity, in order to restore damaged ecosystems, improve the living environment of human beings and ensure the healthy development of society and economy, we must take the theory of sustainable development as a guide and adopt comprehensive measures and extensive social participation. In these comprehensive measures, the construction of nature reserves is of great significance.
