目的评价我国血吸虫病防治研究机构的学术影响力。方法以Web of Science(WOS)数据平台的科学引文索引扩展版数据库(Science Citation Index Expanded,SCIE)为数据源,检索2002-2012年血吸虫病研究领域的学术论文(论著或综述),采用文献计量法统计中国机构及作者在SCIE数据库中的发文量、h指数、被引频次等指标,并根据发文量和h指数对机构和作者的学术影响力进行评价。采用CiteSpace II软件绘制科学知识网络图谱,分析机构间的学术合作网络。结果2002-2012年,中国学者累计发表血吸虫病相关SCIE论文610篇,占全球总量的16.7%,发文量呈逐年增加趋势。中国疾病预防控制中心寄生虫病预防控制所(寄生虫病所)发文量为114篇,h指数为27,发文量和h指数在国内相关机构中均排名第1位,且在国际学术合作网络中处于核心主导地位。周晓农以h指数17成为血吸虫病防治研究领域的领军人物。结论与世界排名前列的研究机构相比,我国寄生虫病防治科研机构无论是在SCI发文量还是机构h指数方面均存在着较大差距。建议在加强血吸虫病防治和研究的同时,注意防治经验、成果的输出和分享。
Objective To evaluate the academic influence of schistosomiasis control research institutions in China. Methods Using the Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE) data source of the Web of Science (WOS) data platform as a data source, the academic papers (articles or reviews) on schistosomiasis research from 2002 to 2012 were retrieved and used for literature measurement According to the statistic method, Chinese institutions and authors published the submissions, h indices and cited indexes in the SCIE database, and evaluated the academic influence of institutions and authors according to the quotations and h indices. Using CiteSpace II software to draw a map of scientific knowledge network, analyze the inter-institutional academic cooperation network. Results From 2002 to 2012, Chinese scholars published 610 papers on SCI related to schistosomiasis, accounting for 16.7% of the global total, and the number of published papers increased year by year. The Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s Parasitic Diseases Prevention and Control Institute (Parasitic Diseases) issued a volume of 114 papers, h index of 27, the paper volume and h index in the domestic institutions are ranked No. 1, and in the International Academic Cooperation Network In the core dominance. Zhou Xiaonong to h index 17 become a leader in the field of schistosomiasis control research. Conclusion Compared with the world’s leading research institutes, there is a big gap between the research institutions of parasitic diseases prevention and control in China and the h indices of SCI. It is suggested that we should pay attention to the prevention and control of experience and the output and sharing of the results while strengthening the prevention and control of schistosomiasis.
