通过现场检查、计算分析、破坏试验对东北地区某轻轨车站屋面网架的破坏原因进行了鉴定分析。通过现场检查对网架构件尺寸、节点连接等结构构造进行鉴定分析;通过对设计、日常、破坏3种荷载作用工况的结构计算对网架杆件和节点承载力进行校核;通过破坏试验对结构计算分析进行结果验证。分析结果表明:网架存在设计和施工方面的缺陷,在设计荷载作用下结构可靠度不足,虽然在日常荷载作用下结构尚可正常工作,但过大的冰雪荷载作用会导致屋面网架的破坏。
Through on-site inspection, calculation and analysis, destructive tests, the causes of damage to the roofing truss of a light rail station in northeast China were identified and analyzed. Through on-site inspection, the structure of the grid components and the connections of the nodes were identified and analyzed. Through the structural calculation of the design, routine and damage load conditions, the bearing capacity of the grid members and joints was checked. The structural calculation and analysis of results verified. The results show that the grid has the defects of design and construction. The structural reliability is not enough under the design load. Although the structure can work normally under the daily load, the excessive load of ice and snow will lead to the destruction of the roof grid .
