知识服务是知识经济背景下产生的一种新的服务观念,是更高层次的信息服务,是高校图书馆信息服务发展的必然趋势。本文从馆藏资源、服务需求、技术支持、服务内容四个方面探讨了高校图书馆实施知识服务的必然性。
Knowledge service is a kind of new service idea which is produced under the background of knowledge economy. It is a higher level information service and is an inevitable trend of the development of information service in university library. This article discusses the inevitability of implementing knowledge service in university library from four aspects: collection resources, service demand, technical support and service content.
