当前我国居民收入存在着较大差距,而其所呈现的诸多特点很大程度上与政府职能的转变滞后于经济和社会发展有关。缩小目前的收入差距,必须依靠政府的力量。新制度经济学在中国的兴起,为我们理性分析以往我国政府在收入分配领域改革的种种成败得失提供了启示。本文试图从制度安排的角度寻找我国居民收入存在差距的原因,剖析我国收入分配的制度缺陷,并提出相应对策。
At present, there is a big gap between the incomes of Chinese residents and many of the features they present are largely related to the transformation of government functions lagging behind economic and social development. To reduce the current income gap, we must rely on the power of the government. The rise of neoinstitutional economics in China provides us with enlightenment for our rational analysis of the successes and failures of the government reform in the field of income distribution in the past. This article attempts to find out the reasons for the disparity in income of residents in our country from the perspective of institutional arrangements, analyzes the institutional defects of income distribution in our country and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
