众所周知,全面质量管理在我国推行已有二十个年头,实践证明,它起到了积极的作用,取得了可喜的效果。至今QC小组活动深入人心,全面质量管理得到广泛的运用。其核心是PDCA循环,又称戴明环,它广泛用于质量管理的各个环节。当前,质量体系认证工作在我国方兴未艾,越来越为广大企业所重视。笔者通过近几年工作实践,深刻体会到PDCA循环 As we all know, Total Quality Management has been in operation in our country for more than 20 years.
