加压素(VP)是由下丘脑视上核和室旁核神经元合成,经下丘脑-垂体束转运至垂体后 叶分泌的九肽激素,除具有抗利尿和升压作用外,在中枢神经系统内亦有广泛的分布和具有重要的生理功能。Hou-Yu等(1982)最早将单克隆抗体(McAb)技术应用于VP的免疫细胞化学研究。基于深入研究VP在体内的作用的需要,本文初步报导作者在建立分泌抗VpMcAb杂交瘤细胞株方面的工作。
