深化改革和扩大开放是“十一五”时期的主要任务之一。但一味的引进外资有可能导致限制竞争的不良后果甚至会威胁国家经济安全。本文通过借鉴美、德两国的反垄断法,利用经济学的分析方法构建具有中国特色的外国并购评价体系。 Deepening reform and opening wider to the outside world are one of the major tasks in the “Eleventh Five-year” period. However, the blind introduction of foreign investment may lead to adverse consequences of restricting competition and may even threaten the country’s economic security. By drawing lessons from the antitrust laws of the United States and Germany, this article constructs the evaluation system of foreign mergers and acquisitions with Chinese characteristics by using the economic analysis method.
