自动隔爆系统对于有效阻止瓦斯煤尘爆炸影响范围的扩散具有极其重要的作用。以爆炸后产生的标志性气体CO和烟粒子为探测对象,利用气体滤波光声技术和烟粒子的光散射原理,采用两个气体滤波光声腔作为CO测量光声腔和烟气参比光声腔,并在红外光源和光声腔之间建立一个测量腔。结合烟粒子的散射消光作用,将CO气体浓度和烟粒子质量浓度的变化信号转化为电信号传送到计算机中进行处理,实现了对爆炸的监控和防治。
Automatic flameproof system for the effective stop the spread of gas coal dust explosion has an extremely important role. Taking the signature gas CO and smoke particles generated after the explosion as detection targets, two gas-filtered photoacoustic cavities are used as the CO measurement photoacoustic cavity and the flue gas reference photoacoustic cavity by using the gas filtering photoacoustic technology and the light scattering principle of the smoke particles. And establish a measuring cavity between the infrared light source and photoacoustic cavity. Combining the scattering extinction of the smoke particles, the signals of changes of the CO gas concentration and the mass concentration of the smoke particles are converted into electrical signals and sent to a computer for processing, and the explosion is monitored and prevented.
