目的:了解广元地区医疗机构急诊科职场暴力发生情况和其发生的相关原因,探讨降低急诊科职场暴力的方法。方法:对广元地区23家二、三级医院急诊科医护人员采用调查问卷的方式对过去的12个月进行职场暴力调查。调查包括4个方面:遭受暴力情况,暴力方式、类别,对急诊科工作满意度以及职业倦怠程度。一共完成256份调查(回收率70.3%)。对职场暴力发生情况及原因分析采用逻辑回归方式进行统计分析。结果:在过去的12个月中,80%的医护人员遭受谩骂,25%的医护人员遭受身体暴力。遭受身体暴力和谩骂导致严重的后果,让医护人员产生职业倦怠情绪,增加医护人员离职可能性。结论:广元地区医疗机构急诊科职场暴力发生情况较为严重,遭受暴力最严重的是急诊科护士和急诊外科医护人员。医疗机构和卫生行政主管部门必须针对职场暴力发生的相关因素,制定出预防职场暴力发生的措施,才能有效避免急诊科职场暴力的发生和确保急诊医护人员的人身安全,确保急诊专业队伍的稳定和急诊急救专业的发展。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the workplace violence in the emergency department of medical institutions in Guangyuan and its related causes, and to explore ways to reduce workplace violence in emergency departments. Methods: To investigate the workplace violence in the past 12 months by using the questionnaire to the emergency department medical staff in 23 secondary and tertiary hospitals in Guangyuan. The survey included four aspects: the level of violence, type of violence, job satisfaction in the emergency department, and job burnout. A total of 256 surveys were completed (70.3% recovery rate). The situation of workplace violence and analysis of the reasons for the use of logical regression statistical analysis. Outcome: Over the past 12 months, 80% of health care workers have been abused and 25% of health care workers have been subjected to physical violence. Suffering from physical violence and verbal abuse have serious consequences, causing burnout among medical staff and increasing the likelihood of medical staff leaving their job. Conclusion: The workplace violence in the emergency department of medical institutions in Guangyuan is more serious. The most serious victims of violence are emergency department nurses and emergency department surgeons. Medical institutions and health administrative departments must take into account the relevant factors of workplace violence, to develop measures to prevent workplace violence in order to effectively prevent emergency department workplace violence and ensure the safety of emergency medical staff to ensure the stability of the emergency professional team and Emergency first aid professional development.
