笔者报道对５例食管化学性烧伤瘢痕狭窄儿童行食管重建术取得了良好的效果，并对食管重建术在食管化学性烧伤瘢痕狭窄治疗中的地位、术中食管代替物、移植肠段的选择、并发症的预防措施等问题提出了自己的观点，主张用结肠作为食管代替物，首选横结肠为移植肠段。
