学校体育工作面貌的改变,决定于整个管理过程,只有用先进的科学理论和方法去全面地、系统地考虑学校体育工作所有因素和整个过程,才能开创学校体育工作新局面。笔者认为,学校体育工作管理体系应设相互促进、相互制约的四个工作层:
The change of school sports work face is determined by the entire management process. Only by using advanced scientific theories and methods to comprehensively and systematically consider all the factors and the entire process of school sports work can we create a new situation in school sports.
