本文主要研究38—11等6个玉米测验种对测定15个自交系配合力的影响。试验结果证明,以不同测验种测定时其作用是不同的,其中以自交系38—11和品种间杂交种春杂一号测得的效果较好。试验进一步指出,测验种和自交系的籽粒类型相同时,表现杂种优势较小;两者属于异类型时,表现杂种优势较大;中间类型的测验种由于兼具马齿和硬粒的遗传基础,所测得自交系配合力的结果较为可靠。6个测验种在测定除产量以外的其他几个经济性状时,差异并不显著。自交系的产量等13个性状和测交种的产量都没有显著的相关。
In this paper, we studied the effects of 38-11 maize test varieties on the determination of combining ability of 15 inbred lines. The test results show that different test species measured its role is different, of which inbred line 38-11 and variety hybrid hybrid spring hybrid measured better. The experiment further pointed out that when the test grain and the inbred line had the same grain type, the heterosis was smaller; when both were heterogeneous, the heterosis showed greater heterosis; the intermediate type test seed was inherited by the combination of denture and hard grain Based on the measured inbreds with the results of the more reliable. Six test species in determining the economic output in addition to several other economic traits, the difference is not significant. There were no significant correlations between the 13 traits such as inbred lines and the yield of test crossbreds.
