蠕墨铸铁作为一种新型工程材料应用于生产,只有十几年的历史。1976年我们用冲天炉研制蠕铁,并探索其在重型机械上大中型铸件的适用性。对蠕铁、灰铁和球铁的主要机械性能、铸造性能和(?) 些耐热性能进行了对比测试。结果表明,蠕铁不仅有较高的强度,而且具备良好的综合耐热性能。我们研制的受热循环条件下的耐热铸件,具有很好的应用价值。1980年曾先后生产两批200多支8in蠕铁钢锭模,分别在太原重机厂铸钢车间(平炉
