本文报导自行设计试制成功的心电遥测系统。通过对178例病人,采用三种不同方法进行测试验证,证明仪器性能可靠,波形清晰、抗干扰能力强,不仅能遥测监护危重病人,提高心律失常检出率,且还能兼作心功能测定。仪器及技术心电遥测系统包括微型发射、接收机、心电示波器、心率计数及外配心电储存、心电图和平板机组成。发射、接收机为遥测系统主件,选用晶体振荡、多频道(同时监测5个病人)副载波调频、载波调幅体制。遥测距离平原开阔地150米以内,高大建筑物室内30米以内,图形清晰,显示与心率计数采用长余辉,
This article reports the successful design and manufacture of ECG telemetry system. By 178 patients, using three different methods to test and verify that the instrument performance is reliable, clear waveform, anti-interference ability, not only telemetry monitoring critical patients, improve the detection rate of arrhythmia, but also double as heart function test.
