有许多国家采用焊接热影响区的最高硬度值作为某些钢种可焊性的重要参考数据,用来估计热影响区的性能和抗裂性。本文对球罐焊道、热影响区和母材的硬度分布规律进行了探讨,尤为可贵的是以多年施工中积累的硬度数据作为探讨的基础。
Many countries use the highest HAZ hardness value as an important reference for the weldability of certain steels to estimate the performance and crack resistance of the HAZ. In this paper, the distribution rules of the hardness of the spherical weld, the heat affected zone and the base metal are discussed. It is particularly valuable to take the hardness data accumulated in many years’ construction as the basis for discussion.
