首先介绍了甘肃省残疾人事业的发展,其次立足未入学学龄残疾儿童数量逐年下降、高等院校录取的残疾考生人数逐年增加、残疾人文化活动开展丰富多彩等六方面,分析了甘肃残疾人教育文化素质取得的成效。最后从加大对特殊教育资源的投入、加强特殊教育师资队伍建设、加大残疾人文化基础设施建设力度等六方面出发,系统提出提升甘肃残疾人教育文化素质的策略。
First of all, it introduces the development of the cause of disabled persons in Gansu province. Secondly, based on the declining of the number of non-school-age disabled children, the number of disabled candidates admitted by higher institutions increasing year by year, and the colorful cultural activities of disabled persons, Cultural quality achieved results. Lastly, from the aspects of increasing the input of special education resources, strengthening the construction of special education faculty, and increasing the cultural infrastructure construction of disabled persons, the paper puts forward some strategies to enhance the educational and cultural qualities of disabled persons in Gansu.
