农村教师要正确定位自己的课堂角色,切不可因为自身原因而将信息技术束之高阁。只有重视学用结合,积极开展以教学实践能力为导向的教师培训,才能促进农村教师队伍发展和提高。
Rural teachers must correctly position their classroom roles and must not put information technology to a standstill for their own reasons. Only by attaching importance to combining learning with practice and actively carrying out teacher training guided by teaching practice ability can the development and improvement of rural teachers be promoted.
