2′-氟-5-甲基-ara-尿嘧啶(FMAU)是近年来由Watanabe等合成的一种新的核苷类似物。许多研究已经证明,FMAU在细胞培养中和在动物体内具有抗单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)的作用。我们先前的研究证明,虽然FMAU对豚鼠生殖器原发性疱疹的疗效甚佳,但不能阻止单纯疱疹病毒2型(HSV-2)在动物神经组织中建立潜伏感染。本文采用动物模型,进一步观察了FMAU在治疗豚鼠生殖器疱疹感染时,对HSV-2补体依赖性中和抗体(CRN抗体)的影响。现报告如下:
2’-fluoro-5-methyl-ara-uracil (FMAU) is a new nucleoside analog synthesized by Watanabe et al. In recent years. Numerous studies have demonstrated that FMAU has an effect against herpes simplex virus (HSV) in cell culture and in animals. Our previous study demonstrated that while FMAU works well for guinea pig genital herpes, it does not prevent herpes simplex virus type 2 (HSV-2) from establishing a latent infection in animal nerve tissue. In this paper, animal models were used to further investigate the effect of FMAU on complement-dependent neutralizing antibody (CRN antibody) in the treatment of genital herpes infections in guinea pigs.
