目的观察邻苯二甲醛(OPA)对消化内镜模拟现场杀灭细菌和病毒的消毒效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法和模拟现场消毒试验方法,对邻苯二甲醛杀灭细菌和病毒的效果,同时对消化内镜模拟现场消毒效果进行观察。结果该邻苯二甲醛消毒液原液含邻苯二甲醛5 600 mg/L。以邻苯二甲醛浓度为2 800 mg/L消毒液对悬液内大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌作用2.5 min,杀灭对数值均>5.0。邻苯二甲醛浓度为2 800mg/L消毒液对悬液内白色念珠菌和龟分枝杆菌脓肿亚种作用2.5 min,杀灭对数值均>4.00;对悬液内脊髓灰质炎病毒的灭活对数值>4.00。以邻苯二甲醛浓度为5 600 mg/L的消毒液,在消化内镜上运行一个消毒周期(总运行时间为15min,含消毒程序5 min),对消化内镜模拟管腔内铜绿假单胞菌杀灭对数值均>5.00。结论该邻苯二甲醛消毒液可快速杀灭悬液内细菌、分枝杆菌和病毒,消化内镜模拟现场消毒试验消毒效果良好。
Objective To observe the disinfection effect of OPA on bacteria and virus killing by digestive endoscopy in the field. Methods The quantitative bactericidal test of suspension and the method of field disinfection were used to observe the effect of phthalic aldehyde on killing bacteria and viruses. Simultaneously, the digestive endoscopy simulating field disinfection effect was observed. Results The o-phthalaldehyde disinfectant stock solution contained phthalaldehyde 5 600 mg / L. With the concentration of phthalic aldehyde 2 800 mg / L disinfectant on E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa suspension for 2.5 min, the killing logarithm values were> 5.0. Oral phthalaldehyde concentration of 2 800mg / L disinfectant suspension of Candida albicans and Mycobacterium chelonae abscess subsp. 2.5 min, killing logarithms were> 4.00; in suspension suspension of poliovirus Logarithmic> 4.00. With a disinfection solution containing phthalic aldehyde concentration of 5 600 mg / L, a disinfection cycle was run on the digestive endoscope (total running time was 15 min and disinfection procedure was performed for 5 min) Bacteriuria kill logarithm> 5.00. Conclusion The o-phthalaldehyde disinfectant can quickly kill bacteria, mycobacteria and viruses in the suspension, and digestive endoscopy simulates the disinfection effect in the field.
