甘氨酸胃舒氨是组成人体蛋白质的重要氨基酸之一,具有很高的生理活性;同时又是一种优良的生理抗酸剂,其抗酸作用迅速而温和。甘氨酸既没有抗胆硷能药物的副作用,也没有一般硷性药物刺激性过大的弊病,更没有铝离子吸收蓄积之虑。复方胃舒氨由吉林省农安制药厂试制成功,于1984年6月交我院试用于临床。兹将结果报告如下:资料和方法一般资料随机选43例住院病人,男36例,女6例,年龄15～62岁,多数在28～45岁之间。十二指肠溃疡23例、十二指肠炎10例、胃溃疡6例、慢性胃炎4例。均于近期有上腹部疼痛病史,并经胃肠钡餐透视和纤
